I'm trying to figure this one out..

As many of you know, I have a roommate. Well recently, I've been a little unhappy with him being late with rent, smelling bad, not vacumming or cleaning the bathroom, etc. Coincidentally, I have another buddy who's losing his roomate when their lease is up in February.. My buddy (who is a real car/bike guy, and a great drinking partner, we're into the same stuff, he's smart, etc.) is looking for a place to stay, and I'm thinking I'll be kicking my current roomate out to accomodate my friend. Only problem is, since my current roommate has not done anything really wrong, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to 'breakup' with him. What do I say? That I'm not happy? That it's not him, it's me? I feel like I'm about to dump some dumb bitch.. it's kinda frustrating.. I want him to move out and give him time to find a new place, and not lose the rent income for two months, but at the same time it'd be hard to say, "you have 60 days to get out."



My current roomie regards me as some kind of mentor or hero.. Bah.

yeah, just tell him because he's been late with rent, not keeping things neat, he is going to have to find a new place to live.

your new lover probably has some bad habits you dont know about yet, all roomates do.



It would only be a matter of time before the new guy gets on your nerves. I say kick him out and have no roomate.

The old one has always been like this.. the new one, well.. he's actually pretty clean. Probably right on par with me. He has a better job, we get along better, we both work out, he's gonna teach me how to ride a motorcycle, etc.



Also the current roommate doesn't drink alcohol. So I can't exactly have people over to drink and invite him up to stink up the place with his burrito-smelling ass.



Anyway, the point is that I've decided to kick him out, I just need to figure out how to do it without making him feel bad and ****. Arrrgh.. I just want to cut his brake lines and be done with it.

In the middle of sex yell out, "I think we should see other people".

tell him about your dreams of killing him, and how sometimes you go into a schizophrenic rage and feel it isnt safe for him to be in the house anymore.
