I'm gonna sound like an old fart and say that back in the day, we used to take drugs to get fucked up. Now, kids are already fucked up, and they try to get back to "normal" by taking drugs.

It's a drug that makes little oval things that are not similing into smiling oval things that bounce around and allegedly sniff flowers and watch butterflies.
Can't vouch for the last two but I have seen them smile and bounce.
