Our army ant mentality has never really kicked in yet...everyone would've said sorry or would've been waiting in their cars cause its too ******* cold outside.

I can honestly say, in all my years of online shopping, that I have never, not once, been fearful for my life.

Every time I'm in a large group of moving people, I just stick my elbows out at face level and start swinging them back and forth and singing Wesley Willis songs. People stay away.

So far I have done all my holiday shopping online. Two purchases from a couple fair trade organizations, one from amazon. I may go to one store to actually buy something, but it is a locally owned shoppe and I know the owner, which makes it worth it. Let's face it internet shopping is much easier. You can scout to see who has the best deal. Only downside is that you don't get immediate satisifaction. Well that and packaging, but most you can recycle anyway.

I waited in line for like 6 hours at fry's electronics, got myself a samsung 32" LCD for $388 and ordered a 19" accer monitor off newegg.com for $100...sooo soo worth it. But now I have to eat Top Ramen to survive.
