So this guy used to be super fit....He's ******* falling off the wagon...Check out them spare tires on his waste.

He can't be more than in his 40s...If he's like 50+ then he looks decent. But if he's in his 40s, for his background...he's fat.

from that pic it does seem like spare tires..

but id tend to think they are very defined obliques..

as it flattens as it wraps to the front...
