They get pissed when you stand up, they think they should be able to sit during a bubba show... serious buzzkills.

I'm living in TN and I don't consider myself backwoods...even though I was raised in the backwoods of north Alabama. I do own guns and a 4wd and such. Of course that could explain why everyone in Chicago just stared at me when I opened my mouth... Something about the way I talked...
