Hey everyone..... thank you so much for the well wishes. I'm bruised and really sore and my feelings are hurt over my car. Things DEFINITELY could've been worse though.



What happened...... the driver of a car in the oncoming lane decided to make a left turn across 2 lanes - cars were stopped on the inside lane. He said he couldn't see around them so he decided to go. When he turned I was right there; tried to avoid him, but hit him broadside.



My 8 definitely did it's job. The front is pushed back to the windshield and the dealership says that even the dash will have to be replaced IF it's not totaled. I will hopefully know more about that in the next couple of days. I'll keep you guys posted.



Again, thanks for all the well wishes AND for the peeps who'll be at the Quad State BBQ - I'm NOT missing it no matter what I might be driving!
