well, mine freezes cause of the cheats i use. at least thats what i think. cause when im not cheating its fine

You guys know if you cheat, you can't get 100% complete right? One of the requirements is no saves with cheats activated. I fucked up and saved over my good game with a tank cheat.

Supposedly when its 100% complete you get a max of 200 health and armor, and the cars take twice as long to blow up.



That doesn't really matter to me, my GTA3 game was stuck on 99% becasue I cheat so much too.
