LOL, yea well it has some tax advantages, I had a corporation a few years back, but didn't keep up the filings, I have been knocking around the idea some, but with this insurance nightmare it looks like I have no choice.

No there are a couple people that will prolly actually have sites in the network... that is assuming that I get to one of my many projects I have going, today I am doing some store stuff and putting some stuff up on egay.

Hmm, so if I transfer my kegerator to the corporation, and buy the kegs with corporate funds, then sell shares of stock technically with each share of stock you would own something like .2 ounces of beer.
Now I don't see how you could go wrong.
