i had a tec III sitting in my room for a while. eventually sold it. i had delusions of putting a 20B in my TII and running it on the 6/12 tec III..... i was halfway there

A friend of mine is running a 20B on his TecII. He doesn't see any need for a Tec3, because the damn car is so fast on his TecII already... there's no point.

oh yeah the other reason i got the tec III was in case we couldn't get my haltech e6k working correctly but obviously we have!

the point of the tec3 is having tune on the fly that actually works. I wouldn't change out my tecII just to get a tec3, but if i had the engine out already or was doing a 20b I'd be seriously thinking about it.
