Well I've been watching those friends episodes you gave me most the day. But in the link, it takes a second for it to load up and go through some kind of adverstising, then its a guy thats really nervous on camera or just plain crazy.

lol, dude you have to feel bad, he fucked up a weather report. all he's gotta do is read a peice of papre and stand in a certain spot at a certain time.
