Well at least that dealer sold the car for close to msrp is...in my town you can't touch one for that cheap!! Granted what happened to him sucks but its not like he lost any cash.
I was a a subi meet here and the local dealer came out with and sti...The ******* wanted 42k for it!!!! 42k for a car that msrp is 30995!!! granted it had a few options but not that many!! Another kid got *** raped for 38k on an evo... now thats fucked

oh and when the delaership gets enough complaints he WILL get his car, i assure you. the number 1 thing the managers and owners worry about with a dealership is their CSI, Customer Satisfaction Index, the higher your CSI (aka no complaints) the more benefits you get from the main company, and fun **** like that.
The person i'd contact would be one of the dealer reps that dont work for the dealer, but visit dealerships and send back Mitsubishi USA a report on the dealership, a complaint to him means hell start researching that dealership's complaint records, and if ther are enough he'll contact that kid and try to settle something post haste.
