Yah, I'd say that's just a conservative, responsible guy feeling guilty for having a good time. You need to cut loose, get wild, have sex with two women at the same time, stay up all night, and then call the boss in the morning, drunk, and tell him what you did last night. 
It's even better if one of the women was his wife, or daughter.

well in this particular case it IS the boss, and i think his wife would have a problem with the other women.

Example of bad:
It's 2:30, you realize your bottle of vodka has ran dry and the liquor store is closed.
It's 2:30, you quit drinking and sobered a bit only to realize the "cutie" on the couch is a deuce and she knows where you live.
Having to be to work in 5 hours is merely an inconvenience.
