Cruise ship commando's are your typical american, they blow into town with only 4 hours to spend and they want to do anything end everything to do with spending thier wads. They never experience the culture, they never see the city unless it's a site that a $25.00 tour bus ride takes them to and they rarely talk to the locals unless they are getting conned into buying a timeshare!
