Intensity they've got. But I did not enjoy the experience. Perhaps it is an acquired taste, like haggis.

 

I bought the Emotionalism CD, only $10, I figured why not. I guess it lives up to the title, mostly low-key, folk-y type stuff. Not bad, but nothing real driving in it.

 

If I wanted bluegrass and punk then I'd call "Me First and the Gimme Gimmes"

 

Four thieves now gone, is a better album. Anyway the concert was freaking amazing. They are better in concert, so much energy and their pitch is spot on. We ended up staying the night there, had a little too much fun. I would definately recommend seeing them in concert if you have the chance.

I do have a chance! They're performing here in Tallahassee on March 6th, I bought tickets as soon as I found out. I'm looking forward to it.



Too bad it's going to be at the venue usually filled with overly-tattooed hippie-type college students who like to make "art" from garbage. I'm sure I'll enjoy it nonetheless.
