newsgroups are good, limewire and kazzaa type **** is just that,

limewire virsusized my computer last time I used it. kazaa almost did, but I caught it.

this is not free, but worth every penny if you want relaiable d/l with no virus/spyware bs

http://www.news.astraweb.com/ sign up to that service, don't do unlimited!! it's unlimited size, but slow *** d/l speeds. next go to www.newzbin.com to find the **** you want. I have set up many people with this combo. eveyone happy. if you subscribe to newzbin it's easy to find ****. if anyone wants more detailed info on that let me know
