no seriously, how do i get rid of this. you have no idea how bad it hurts.

 

I'd say just be patient with it and try to sleep on a flat surface a night or 2. I know when I **** up my back if I sleep on the floor it straightens out for me. If it continues to hurt, go see a chiropractor or somone about it.
