The arcade seems to be a constant issue as far as security, seeing as we seem to constantly get hammered with various security issues and it's near impossible to keep up to date on all of them, I am seriously thinking of going with a stand alone arcade. Meaning it would be a separate registration from the site.



I guess the question is, do we want it that bad? It's not really a big deal for me to install, I just need to spend a couple bucks on the program and we will be rolling, but again will you guys use it if we don't have it fully integrated with the forums?



That said, I am waiting for a secure shoutbox to become available, as it sits both are supposedly innsecure. so when it becomes available we'll get it back up. Downloads seems to be a security issue at all and I don't think i will bring it back with forum integration, if I bring it back at all. The gallery may be the best option for hosting the vids, I just need to look at how limiting the bandwidth would work.

The arcade was kind of like a frilly nightie on yer woman. It's nice and all, but it's really just a distraction from the main attraction.
