yeah, cheap apartments, and i get no AC at night. stupid condensor keeps freezing over, no air goes over it, and i'm here sleeping in a pool of sweat.

I rarely turn the AC on, I kinda like the heat. Nothing on but my Jockey's. The chicks dig it, but yeah, today was scorching here. The AC today has been on since I woke up...

 

that can be an easy fix.. we have the same problem sometimes on our A/C's cooling our equipment. Its a regular window mount A/C that we have sitting on the hood of our humvee.. in the morning even though its almost 100 deg.. it'll freez up. we turn it off, dump some water on the condenser and pipes..an hour later, we turn it back on.. and blam! good as new. not sure how easy it is for you to wash yours out.. but try turning it off an hour or two before you goto bed. should help
