For the past year i have had aol, for free. Because im in a bad location for highspeed internet, but ill have it soon. Either way, the basic idea is i call, i bitch about shitty service and wanna cancel it blah blah and they gimme another month.

So last night i notice they are trying to bill me, so i call them up and raise hell. Heres my fav part of the convo, twords the end:

aol: "Well sir, i am deeply sorry for the troubles you are having with our service this past year. I'm going to go ahead and credit your account for another month, which will give you time to try our service with the free 56k modem i am going to send you, free of all charges."

me: "You hate your job, dont you?"

aol: "These conversations are recorded sir"

me: "I understand babe. For the record you sound hott, can u attach a picture to that email your going to send me to confirm all this?"

aol: "Sorry sir, i cannot, what i can do is thank you for the comment, i am sure my husband will appreciate it."

me: "Husbands are ***** ****."

aol: "Good evening sir, i will send the modem right away"

LOL not only did i win again, i got a free modem. Connection problems, haha.

Stealing AOL is like kicking a puppy. Sure, it's something to do, but what actual value does it hold?
