i worked out pretty consistent last summer, then slacked in thefall, then in the winter i started, then slacked last summer and now i am just getting back to it.
i wiegh about 145-150, benching 185 - 3sets, 10 reps,
curls i think i am doing about 105 with a curl bar. same deal 3 sets 10 reps
i travel a lot for my job so when i skip a whole week of working out and i eat a lot of good food and lounge in a nice hotel its hard to get motivated when i get home

I lifted for five years. I have fallen out of it since i met my wife two years ago. I make to the gym maybe once a week now if I am lucky. I still lift some at home, but i dont have the schedule down like I used to. I am close to 20 lpds over weight. I weight 223 now. I should be at 195-200.
I will get back to it sooner or later.

I've been working out on and off for over 15yrs, the longest I went with out touching a weight is about a year. It is tough to get the motivation to start and stay with it, espeacially with all the obstacles in life. The most I bench was 367lbs for 4 reps, that was this past Sept. I just got married on Sept.12th and I haven't been to the gym since. Help me..

More like 380. 3 reps = +10 1 rep. If that makes sense.
