Well it was a random idea.. I'm still toying around with my 6 foot hardwood staff right now, got a few sets of nunchaku, one for speed and a matching set for pure *** whoopin power... but the concept of the staff so far is awesome. Excellent Reach, a variety of strikes and blows, thrusts and pushes. I loved my chucks but I'm addicted to practicing out this staff.. I think my friends are getting a little tired of being beaten and prodded with this thing.. Anyone here into combat arts or weapons? Knives and Swords? Or Exotic chinese weaponry? I love this **** so c'mon someone entertain me for awhile while I jam out to Sevendust "Seasons" CD...

Whoopass.. is there a trick to building speed going from a vertical spinning transition behind the back to over the neck.. I've got the concept down pat but I'm trying to build speed.. this thing gets lighter and lighter every time I pick it up.. I love it but I'm waiting to get a pair of 9 sectional whip chains.. already very proficient in those, just don't have 70 bucks to get a set otherwise I'd be ****** stuff up..

Kendo is pretty tight... I'm more into Draw style.. Iaido I believe its called.. then again my Avatar pretty much gives that away... Straight blade, no curve, down and upward slashes aiming for what would be the chest or gut.. vicious stuff..

I never had those.. but I used to live across the street from a school, so when they decided to redo the roof in western mass we'd tear open the construction boxes to get at those square shaped flat metal pieces and chunk them at Fiberglass boards they were using for the roof.. We'd all be chunking these things left and right jumping from 12 foot stacks to another stack bein all ninja and ****.. it was cool I think...
