owning a dealership?? yeah, lots and lots of money, knowing that you will go bankrupt, and connections!

I haven't the foggiest.

However, there are books out there that may prove useful. For instance:

your seriously asking us retards about opening a car dealership then you are surprised when we answer accordingly?

You need ALOT of money. You say you have the connections and the money so I dont see why we need to be involved

Remember the old adage: You get what you pay for. The value of advice gathered here on a new car dealership startup? Priceless!

Seriously, if this is the place you are looking for an answer, you do not have the resources or knowledge to operate a dealership. If you have the money, You should invest it into something that will give you a return without you having to know or do anything.

you also have to factor in territory, its not like anyone can call up Honda and say "hey I want to start selling your cars"

they have territory and there are very few mom and pop dealerships that stay in business, most of them are owned by people

or corporations with 20-30+ dealerships.
