Anyone know anything about seller financing on homes?

starter homes here in not so great school districts are going for $350k, half way decent school, NOT GREAT, and they are $400k- and thats for a starter home.
lets not forget the $5k-$9k in taxes every year!

Yeah, it seems like the housing prices here in central VA have almost reached the levels of the northeast, but at least we only pay half as much in taxes.

housing here in Cali has gotten retarded.. i guess its a trend all across the coutry.. houses that used to cost like 100k in the ghetto are over 300k now.. IM talkin about south central LA.. 300 thousand.. so that you can grow up and be a thug.. thats reedonkulous.. !
Also though.. that price surge sorta stopped.. and now craploads of people are losing houses because they got some crazy loans and now the rate changed and they cant afford it.. soo people are gettin scared and not buyin as much.. now prices have begun droppin.. to a more affordable/reasonable range.. but its very slow..
