Anyone Know Anything About Candy Bars?

I have this Snickers bag. Problem is, I havent been able to open it or anything. Ive been driving around, tearing the perforated edge, Im not sure if this thing works at all!! I going on a long drive, and I thought it might be helpful to eat in case i get hungry. Is there anyway to test it?
