I am a bartnder and went to the school hear in houston. If you have any specific questions relating the subject maybe I can help. As far as beer goes I don't know too much about its history just stuff like how many it takes to get drunk and stuff like that. Ask me about liquer and we have a different story. I am thinking about writing a book. Anybody got a good idea for a title?
