Wrong. There is a car that you have to buy that comes with it already in it. Actually there are two. First you have to beat them in the game, second you have to then buy the car. I believe the two cars are White Charisma and Midnight Princess.
and the fastest car is a skyline with a stage 9 engine
That is wrong as well. All the cars are limited to 263mph, so it's not really who has the fastest top speed, it is who can get there first. By far that car has to be the final car in the game, that is, the final wanderer. Beat the game completely, including ALL the wanderers and he will appear.

if the final wonderer is fastest - why have i beaten him twice - haha
