i cant sleep, i woke up at freakin 2 and now i cant crash. i'm thinking about drinking till i pass out.

this whole no sleep thing is getting way out of hand for me...



the past week ive only slept maybe 4 times in 7 days ...

i just dont really get tired.. then when i do i lay down but cant sleep. Just lay there and think about random stuff, even when i try all the 'mind clearing' methods to help sleeping. So then i get up and eat. Then BAM im up for the rest of the day and i dont passout until about 10pm the next day. Then it goes again...



Ive taken pills a few times, but i dont want to rely on those to make me sleep.

Yea that's ben my schedule for a while too. Now I rarely even attempt to sleep, just catch a nap when I get tired.
