I know this is OLD - but Rocko was put down about a month ago. He had some really bad cancer... RIP buddy.

That sucks man. I had to have one of our dogs put down last December, he was 13. It was tough, but he was really sick.

Goddamn military exercise kept me away for a bit...



Yeah, he's gone. But he had a good (but short) life. About 7 years.



My freakin doberman has a damn heart murmur now too. Not bad though. I'm sure I'll be steam cleaning his **** out of the carpet for years to come. LOL Goddamn mutt.

Dobermans are known to have heart murmurs. My previous Dobie's had them, but it was not so serious. One passed because of cancer, the other was just old. He was having problems every day, and was getting worse by the day. He could not even go up or down the stairs, and if he went down, he would fall down slip halfway down. I miss my Charlie, now I am sad.



I want another Dobie though. Great dogs.
