So, Im taking the network + certification Friday and Im stressing this thing. Have any of you taken this and what should I look out for? Every pre-test I take I miss like half of the questions, it would probably be better if Uncle Scam had'nt decided to make a 6 week network + class only two weeks. Started last Monday and test this Friday.

Any helpful suggestions are welcomed.

i haven't taken that yet but i took my A+ and just took the practice a billion times.... worked for me

 

If I remember right it's pretty much the same as the old Networking Essentails test that MS had for the NT 4.0 track.



About all I can suggest is make sure you're up on NetBIOS name information, TCP/IP basics and what talks to what. That and knowing the basic topologies.



The CompTIA tests are not usually that hard allthough they did beef up the A+ test a bit.

I would have loved cruising under the Med and Arabian Seas Popping off TLAM's left and right. Maybe even a Spec-WEP!!!!!!!

 

I would have loved launching CALCM's into downtown Baghdad, from way far away before the first TLAM ever got launched! Here we go with the Navy vs Air Force thing again.
