I see those things on cars every so often. I also see plain license plate covers on cars every so often.
Think about it this way. If a cop sees that on your car, he'll have MORE reason to pull you over. Heck, this may even enable him to go even further and ask you to pop your hood, etc.
You shouldn't run red lights anyway.

well see when i get it in...its not like i wasted money it was 15 dollars shipped ...not a big loss for me
