She got implants back around 1995. Don't ask me how I know this.
She got naked in "Embrace of the Vampire", "The New Outer Limits", and some other ****.... like a cheezy movie called "Hugo Pool" but she only flashed em for a half a second in that one. (only useful part of the movie)
