not only did he almost kill someone but if there are witnesses you could have a problem. stories get changed and if a witness claims you where involved you could be going to jail. dont let things get out of hand.

You should call the police. But if you are worried that he may find out...tell the cops a fake name over a payphone and tell them you were behind the suburban that flipped and you saw him cut into traffic and cause it.
