I cut and pasted his story and sent it to my best friend. I told him that somebody needed some ball busting skin heads. I'll try to clean his reply up a little but he said:

Forget the ball busting skin heads, if it was my car, I'd go in there and take a drive shaft and stick it up his @$$ and then hook some jumper cables to one end and some batteries and the other to his tounge. Leave him like that for a while and go outside to cool off while I think of something really bad to do. The rest was a little too much... (He'd pull his car in the living room if he could, big car nut)

As for me, I'd go ape **** if it was my car too. A shop that specializes in 7's should have a little more of idea how to take car of one. My girlfriend tells me all the time that I spend twice as much time and money on my 7 as I do with her. She's right, and I agree with her!!! Now I'm really going to be concerned about letting somebody else get under the hood with a wrench, especially if I have to leave it!

Sorry to here about your car man, it looks good. Good luck getting the big scratch fixed. Unfortunately my lawyer friends don't know anyone around there but they said you got a hell of a case!

Please don't clean anyones reply's or posts up, here we like to see EXACTLY what was said and you won't be banned for it LOL.

I agree that the basis of a good online bussines starts with building trust among your customer base. To date, I haven't done bussines with anyone besides Phins and I'll keep it that way until I need something he doesn't carry HAHA. I know I can trust Phins to get my **** over to me quickly and safely, therefore it puts me at rest knowing I'll get my money's worth.

It is also important to surround yourself with people who do like you. Phins has sponsors like Rx7Trix and Chuck and JT.

That's hard to read. I'm sorry for all the crap they did to your FD. I appreciate your factual representation of the events with the evidence to back it up. You have made my mind up. Again real sorry!
