whatever jason....all of ur **** is still ur fault...everything you said in taht follow up rebuttle is still unexcusable
i dont care how close a friendship would be....i have been friends with my bestfriend since we were four years old.....i would still be ******* pissed if he entered into my house and took my things without asking....if he asked i would not care one bit, but not to be asked is innapropriate and that is between friends
now...... technically you did the same thing with his car, you took things out of his car without asking......and thats from a shop, that gets paid to do something - like fix thigns, not to **** things up
and about the "ding" whatever, regardless of the size or damage done, it is your shops fault and responsibility to fix this ..... wherever he wishes to go.....the quote would have to be real...if it is a 500 dllar fix it would have to be 500 dollars.....but anytime dealing with insurance you have the right to choose where to go to .... its the law.....
i know this **** cause i own my own shop and have to go through this **** all the time
i dont know either of you, nor do i care about the car or the sitation in any matter...
but you just showed the whole rotary world one of the worst places to go if you need to have something done on your car....im glad i dont live in columbus.....

I would be in that shop with a baseball bat pretending I'm Sammy Sosa. I can not believe they would do the things they did to your vehicle. Not to mention how they violated your trust and kindness. The liberties people take at times are somewhat unbelievable. I would seriously consider pursuing legal action.
