We never said he doesn't have the right to defend himself. There are paople on this forum who ordered parts back in MAY 2002 who have not heard from him! I think it is way past a reasonable "coolin off" period for him to defend his actions/lack of actions.

Jon, we will have to agree there have been too many documented rip-offs in the RX7 community, demonspeed, Sergio, and others. It is a shame to see someone like Slava going down the same path.

I bought a 3rd gen ACT clutch from him a month ago no problem delivered to me in 3 days in Florida. I wanted to give him return business and called and could not even leave a message.
I am sad over all of this it always sucks to see someone having problems. I like the guy and hope he gets it all pulled back together.

If it's a rumour mill I feel sorry for the guy.
At this point most people aren't going to risk buying from him if several other people have said they've had problems, I know I wouldn't at this point.
