yep its slow, and its got the nuclear reactor. its got some intermittant carb/ignition problem, so its intermittantly slower

car is a 5/78 its got the early early mirror, and hood prop on the wrong side. its all original body and paint except the rear bumper, original engine, transmission etc. its got 90,000miles on it.
once it gets shocks and brakes that work, it'll be a fun little ride
Cool, my first RX-7 was a 79. I miss that car.

Damn I had one with the prop on the wrong side and glass sunroof 
Miss that car, it was rusted out tho (free) and my first Rx7 .. started the love affair. Good luck with that thing. They respond well to the Yaw 4b carb and a racing beat exhaust. That car actually once I got the yaw carb on it and the exhaust was whuppin on all kinds of cars in my area. (LOUD *** HELL TOO :!)
