hey guys, ive been to a few shops, and some just say oh go 2mm its better, its what everyone in japan is using now, and some say 3mm is better. one shop claims that in japan its made of a better material so you dont need the extra MM. im so confused. can you guys shed some light on the pros and cons of both 3mm and 2mm? thanks,

russ

lol.. k no problem.. I go off of information that is given to me. Usually by my friends Dragon, IGY and Jspecracer7. And they told me to use Atkins 2mm.. I guess they have been useing them lately with very good results. supposed to be a lot stronger than stock. And trust me, they go thru some engines..

well they did before useing Atkins...

From what I understand, the 2mm seals can handle a lot of power without a problem. I've heard a lot said on this subject and it seems like the general consensus is that if you've got a dedicated track car, consider 3mm, but for anything else, the 2mm is more than enough.

Sorry I don't have more empirical evidence to support what I'm saying, but this is just what I've heard and it seems to make sense.
