OK, I talked to a guy who knew a guy who knows a guy who was married to a cousin of a janitor at Mazda and his brother was the guy in charge of hoods, and he said that he "for ***** and giggles used to drink Sapparo beer on Fridays at lunch and put the light hoods on all those cars because he had a good buzz going and didnt want to lift the heavy hoods"...and thats pretty much a quote!

 

Oh goody...the hood debate. My TII has a steel hood...take that!

 

oh yeah, well my '86 has an aluminum hood. so there!

 

Yeah, well, my '87 has a turbo...lol.
