oh my view on the 2nd vs 3rd gen is. it depends what your looking for. i would love to own a 3rd gen. they are sexy as hell. but that comes with a large price. as with a 2nd gen, esp the TII the price isnt as bad, the body is very musclar but with the amount of money you invest into a 3rd gen u can have one fast *** TII. sleeper style. did i mention i miss my TII

I like 2nd gens and 3rd gens.. like Ryan, said.there is a price to come with that like.. Suspension wise , the 3rd gen is superior stock, but and FC can be made to handle just as well.. stock vs stock, 3rd gen is better, but you need $$$ only to purchase, but also to Maintain.. An FC on the other hand cost less in both ways..

suspension on a stock 3rd gen is so much better than a Stock TII. if it were to go stock vs stock. i would invest my money into a fd rather than a TII. only problem i see is when my primary turbo fails and i decide to go single just the cost alone will make your credit cards be maxed out. !!!

going single does cost alot but like vasco said (somewhere in the turbo section) there are twins that produce power gains similar to singles. And if they are consecutive they spool faster, so same power and spools faster, i'd take a twin like that. On the down side I can imagive a twin t like that would not come cheap. But I dont think it would cost more then going single...
