The first few seasons were cool with fairly realistic plots. Then it became less of that and more "Jack Bauer keeps retards who make bad decisions from destroying the world , while he has some serious issues with his past and, oh yeah, there's bad guys in here too!" Seriously, people with nefarious plots: fun. Chaos caused by random characters doing dumb **** and storylines invoked from nowhere with limited relevance: not so much.

EDIT: My girlfriend informs me that no, Keifer Sutherland is not hot. He's short and getting old. Plus, we all know his dad is cooler...STILL!

I can't stand the show for the exact reasons you mentioned mike, this dude is driving through LA, that would 4 episodes right there, not 10 minutes of one episode.

And compared to some of the stuff airing on TV, it would seem downright intelligent.

Honestly I am so sick of all the **** on tv we don't really have any shows we watch every week anymore, about the only thing we've been into in the last year or so was that "Last Comic Standing" cause there were some pretty funny people on there (didn't give a **** about the contest)
