we learned a lot this year trying to keep the car running long enough to finish...



1. see the pic of mario holding the tire? notice the hub and brake rotor are still in it? with FWD the wheel can fall off and it still works...



2. that bearing was NEW oem, repacked with synthetic grease last year, and then repacked again for this year. motor is dead after 30 hours, etc etc



3. when its windy do not try to hold the easy up down, it'll take you with it



4. tri tip is always good, we had 50lbs for this year..



5. i yelled at someone for getting me the wrong cookies

sounds like my last outting at the 13hour run at VIR . blew 2 gear boxes, lost a right front hub ( god im still thanking you for it to happen when it was under yellow) and only one other guy new his way around the tool box. so ya i was stuck fixin the car alone most the time.
