But since you are only 4 years behind the times in your cyber stalking, we had to close on a home in costa rica before the residency changes, the deal fell through and we weren't able to get into another before the changes. But that really has very little to do with this topic.

Mexico is still in the 2 dollar ish range. I've got 400 gallons in a tank behind the shop

I spent about $5000 this winter on heating oil, and I started out paying $2.55 or so and last delivery was $3.33
