It launched today here, dunno if all stores have them as of yet.
waiting in line for a wii is silly as they have said there will be no shortage, something 4 million already shipped compared to ps3's 400,000.

Amount of PS3's shipped: 200,000
Not standing in line looking like a total *** because you want a system when it first comes out and decide not to buy the Wii because it is the bestest system ever: Priceless

Dude I ******* love you, that was the best statement I've ever read. I played Wii sports today for like 2 hours and I am completly in love with the Wii. Really is the coolest system out, and the ability to get old games for 5 bucks is sick.
So the Wii is attainable at the end of thsi week basically anywhere?

Probably not. People were waiting in line for the Wii also. You might have to wait about 2-4 weeks. Try the local wal-mart. They should have it. Our local one got about 50-60 Wii consoles in.

hes a huge bum, and wouldnt have done anything with that time anyways so...
I always thought a good way for a bum to make money would be to go to DMV and get numbers, then sell those numbers to people who dont want to wait.

Yea at the DL dept in costa rica there are dude's that will wait in line for you for like $10
