Yea i do most anything for beer, however it's usually half assed and mediocre, but you know if you drink with me you'll think it's great!

lol , thanx for all the responces, umm i heard pettit does not tune the powerfc they only like to deal with their own ecu's i think its called the purple box or something like that....

phinsup iam not really tuning for power right now, but iam running around on a stock powerfc base map, with 850/1300 street port/t78, so i havent really been boosting at all because iam not sure if the base map provides enough fuel for 10pounds, with a street port and t78.....

anyone else? there has to be tuners in florida theyre just in hiding i guess

You try posting on rx7club.com for help. They are a larger forum, and somebody might be able to help you more on there. And the purple box is from PFS I think, and it's a piggy back ecu.

Steve Kan would drive out or fly to Fla. to tune your car. Well worth it.

Jim used Steve Kahn when steve was doing a dyno and tune day at pettit, mazdadrifter did hit himself. It would be pretty hard to ask them as I don't know any forums either of them frequent at this point.

If you can get like 5 people steve will go pretty much anywhere, it's usually about $500 a head. I dunno if you've called pettit, but you might see if he knows anywhere that steve will be tuning, japtrix in west palm might also know of a good a tuner.

Sorry for the lack of helpful posts, I would prolly put this in the tuning forum next time, might get less BS.

In theory people should be more helpful here....

Pettit does have their own ECU it's a piggy back as well however I don't know what they call it.

There's a shop in Orlando as well, but I can't remember their name off hand, don't think they tune the powerfc, but yea you definetely want to get it tuned with that strong of a setup.

He tuned 2 guys here in Tulsa a couple months ago for $350 a car. He was on his way to another state for more tuning though, that might of helped on the price.

Yea, it varies, but I would rather tell him $500 and it be $350 then the other way around. I don't enjoy abuse as much as you do
