Loi has graciously allowed me to post a Group Buy on Walbro 255lph In-Tank fuel pumps for the FD.
I have been told that $80 will be the price, +$10 shipping, +3% if you use Paypal, So: $90 if you use a money order or cashier's cheque. $92.70 if you use Paypal. Let's see if we can get ten orders. I'm down for two at least, probably three. |
What's the regular price?
|
$130 +shipping at most places

Yes, buuut... I'm getting mine now so it's ready when I am.
At this price, one really can't go wrong. |

is it the regular pump or the bigger one?

Uh, I'm not sure what you're asking apexkw. There are two Walbros that I know of, a 190 lph and this one, the 255lph. It comes with the kit to make it a drop-in, direct bolt-on. I understand it'll support 350 rwhp no problem.

Forgive my ignorance, but at what point am I going to need one of these. Like, is my injector duty cycle going to crap out before I need more fuel to them. I have the stockers right now.
Thanks, Tom P.S. this does sound like another great group buy! |
Okay, well - You should DEFINETLY want one BEFORE you upgrade your injectors. In fact, I think it's a good idea above 300hp. There's really no point in starving the injectors if you can avoid it.
You guys really shouldn't feel obligated to buy, I just want to present an opportunity. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png FYI, I'm putting one in my stock-injected FD, because I feel it's good, cheap insurance against fuel pump failure, injector starvation, and motor loss. Plus, I'm on my way to the hgh HP numbers, so why not start now? |
