Just to help some people that may be interested in the kit but are not turbo litterate....you may want to describe the difference in the setups your selling. From the S to R and the difference in hotsides.

Is the S is quicker spool but the R has more top end power?

Is the R more efficient then the S?

What size A/R to choose with a small street port?

How much more spool delay is the T04R vs the GT40R?

Is the dump tube plumbed to the down pipe?

Can I get the kit without the wastegate just to get in the group buy?

The S and the R are very similar.. You are correct in that the S spools quicker and the R has more on the top.. I've never seen anyone really max out either turbo on a street driven car.. The R will make more power at higher boost, but at lower levels the S is more efficient.

With a small Streetport a .86 A/R will spooly very quickly and be very powerful. .96 will reach full boost at a few hundred less RPM, but will still work very well. Exhaust mods will also help flow on either turbos..

I've never really seen a side by side comparison of the GT40R vs. a TO4R on a rx7.. I imagine power wise the GT40 will make higher numbers. I'll do some research for you.

The dump pipe is not normally plumbed into the DP.. We have done it on a few kits though.. None of us run it, as it's not really as bad as people think it is. But, if you want that, I'll see if I can add that to the deal.

I'm sure a kit minus the WG will not be a big problem.. Just make sure you let me know what WG you are running so the appropriate flange can be welded to the manifold.

So .86A/R spool quicker but takes longer to acheive full boost and a .96A/R takes longer to kick in but acheives full boost quicker (like a sling shot)?

I'm only interested in running a (realistic street) 1bar of boost and want 425hp. I want it to be as smooth as an RX8 but HP of a supercharged Z06. The Apexi RX6 is nice but insanely priced and tops out at 385hp anyhow.
