Oh, I just noticed something... will we be able to use the front side-marker lights?

I just paid you via Paypal for the balance and combo lights. Quick question though.. So $25 is the fee for the box + packaging (Handling), correct? So will we pay the shipper COD for the shipping charge? Any idea how much that will run? My zip is 21042, PM is fine if you don't want to clutter up the thread.

I don't think so... the JDM models use the ones on the fender, above the vent.

having installed one of his 99 bumpers with the license plate though, I can tell you that you guys will need to use all the old mounting hardware from your bumpers, I believe there are at least 2 rivets in there as well, so be prepared to pop some aluminum rivets back in. If your bumper is banged up anywhere along the edges you may want to look into getting some new brackets beforehand.
