Even out of polyurethane?
Urethane can't withstand heat. It's also heavier and too flexible. Not a good idea to mount it underneath the car without enough mounting points. It's just going to sag and deform.

But, yes, it can be done. $1000 each and need 10 buyers. Strongly not recommended though.

I was just curious... just wanted material that matched close to the R1 front lip and the rear piece that's already back there.

$1000...

I say lets see what develops most of us can't buy it before X-mas anyhow, and given a couple of months I'd be interested to see who gets what done, my money is on nothing, and we'll just end up getting things we want from JT anyhow...

So lets's keep the idea in mind, and then buy from whomever gets us the best $$ / Quality ratio around....

If there is someone that donates the diffuser, the cost will be $300+shipping.

If I have to buy the diffuser to make the mold, I have to distribute the cost on top of each one sold so the diffuser will be $350+shipping.

If the CF one can be made, it will be $200 more. It has those fins a lot like the Mazdaspeed RX8 rear bumper. My car made the rear bumper in CF already so I think he should be able to do it.

I can only make it if we have 10+ buyers. Otherwise the cost of the mold is too much.

Thank you.

Well, whoever is making the list, please put me on it. I'm going for good quality and the best price... hmmm, sounds like Wal-Mart.
