R1 Front Spoiler Group Buy
By popular demand, I've moved this group buy from the Rx7forum.com to NoPistons
I guess we overstayed our 2 weeks welcome(in their GB rules) by staying 5 weeks on the other Forum so our thread got locked.
Here's the old link: http://www.rx7club.com/forum/showthread.ph...20&pagenumber=1
So is anyone interested in a group buy for the FD R1/R2 front lip spoiler? I was thinking about a group of 5 spoilers for $165 each. Shipping would be $11.50 and insurance is $2. This is the jspec version ('96-'98) which has a removable curb guard. This is NOT the '99+ jspec spoiler.
This is a great price as the spoilers are $220-270 from Mazda (part # FD03-51-9HO). The spoilers are new still in the original Mazda plastic.
I wanted to try selling these direct on NoPistons and pass the savings on. Usually I sell most of my items on eBay. Pics are located here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...item=1871881190
Payment is via PayPal to rotarytt@comcast.net. You can use 'Goods-Auction' and put in 'NoPistons.com GB Feb02' as the auction number. This will allow you to separate the item ($165) from the shipping and insurance.
I have excellent eBay feedback and I guarantee you will be happy with your purchase or you can send it back (unused in original packaging). Everything ships out USPS Priority Mail insured with delivery confirmation/tracking.
Don't forget to include your Forum name if you send me a regular email or a Money Order. I won't always be able to associate your real name with your Forum name:huh:

Ok, here's where we are with the current GB:
Great! Everyone has their money in. 4 spoilers are now spoken for:
Air-Rex
salamander
Helios
and AUM from Canada.
1 more left...
The spoilers should ship from Japan today so I expect to get them in 10 days or so. They will ship from me as soon I receive them.

I must apologize to everyone about this PayPal thing. To make it easier for everyone, just use 'Goods-NonAuction' and put in the total amount of $178.50. No need to separate out the shipping and insurance. Use 'NoPistons.com GB Feb02' for the Subject and make sure to put your Forum ID in the Comments section.
Looks like Mazda has twice screwed up this order in Japan so they are still not on their way
So it is looking like another 2 weeks or so. Let me know if anyone does not want to wait that long. I don't screw around with other people's money and will refund it if necessary. Things do occasionally take awhile from Japan due to the distance, communication issues, Mazda part dept screw-ups, etc.
Trust me, I'm as frustrated as you are...
