As far as non-sequential map, you do have to do some tuning below the 4500 rpm because now the air flow from the turbo is different from sequential under 4500 rpm. You might have to enrich the map a little above 4500 rpm because running non-sequential will have less exhaust back pressure and that will require some fuel enrichment. Please either get a cheap wideband lambda sensor or get your car dyno tuned with a/f datalogging.

How do I fully read the manual with it being in Japanese and I don't read or speak Japanese?

He ment the commander manual that was included. The Japanese thing threw me off at first too, but the commander manual has a lot of info in it.
